1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing feedbitbeacn.skin or submitting an allocation inquiry, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. All hypercar production slots, design renderings, and technical specifications are subject to formal contract execution upon allocation approval.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All logos, aerothermal design patents, carbon weave configurations, high-definition photography, and website content are the exclusive intellectual property of Feedbitbeacn Hypercar Dynamics Ltd. Unauthorized reproduction or reverse engineering of aerodynamic bodywork layouts is strictly prohibited.

3. Vehicle Allocation and Commissions

Inquiries submitted through the Commission Studio do not guarantee a production build slot. Allocation slots are granted following vetting by the Feedbitbeacn Commission Committee. Production deposits are held in escrow under bespoke bilateral legal contracts.

4. Limitation of Liability

Feedbitbeacn Hypercar Dynamics Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect damages, computer downtime, or track telemetry signal interruptions arising from third-party satellite networks.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Jurisdiction rests exclusively within the High Court of Justice in London, United Kingdom.
